The Salt Wast Processing Facility
FE&C provided project management support services to the SWPF integrated project team in identifying and portraying Earned Value Management System (EVMS) key processes. The key benefit of this work is to determine the strengths and weaknesses within the SWPF EVMS system prior to the certification review and to help project participants understand the work processes utilized by the project by EVMS. FE&C personnel reviewed the EVMS system and assessed vulnerabilities and recommended solutions to strengthen these systems.
